This welcome flag banner uses our Stapleford Suite design elements with a custom illustration of a venue of your choice.
All of our flags are professionally printed digitally to order on to high quality fabric and then cut and machined by our own fair hands. We finish them with a stitched tab top, ready for you to hang how you please. We recommend hanging this from a 22-25mm dowel or pole. Please note that a dowel or pole is not provided as standard, but please talk to us prior to purchase if you would like to supply this for you.

Please note, we need to be able to illustrate with the aid of an image and most of the time, we are able to source these to work from online. Sometimes this isn't possible and so we may ask you to supply an image from a particular view point. Some buildings won't be suitable for this kind of illustration and we may need to draw a part of the building, rather than the whole thing. If appropriate, your designer will discuss this with you, prior to design.

How long will it take to receive my item?
Your personal designer will be in touch within 24 hours to say hi, confirm your order, request your venue name and wording and ask any questions that we need to about your designs. Within two working days, your designer will send an image of the venue that's suitable for illustration, you will need to 'ok' the image for design work to commence. From the point of order and when you have been able to answer any questions that we may have, you will receive your proof within five working days. Included in your flag price are two free rounds of revisions to make any small alterations to the text. Then from the point you sign off your design, you can expect to receive your banner flag within 4 weeks. However, during busy periods, this may take longer. You will be informed of your expected delivery date on receipt of your order.
'Can I change the colour of the design?'
In most cases, yes! If you have a particular colour palette you'd like to use, have a chat to us prior to ordering as in most cases, we can colour match any tone from any image or link you provide us.
Care of your flag
Our flags are digitally printed on to high quality raw cotton, therefore machine washing is not recommended. Instead, we recommend delicate sponging of a soiled area, or dry cleaning.
Although we press all of our flags and banners before they are shipped, due to them needing to be folded for transit, they may require ironing before use. Ironing on the reverse of the print with a medium high heat is recommended or if possible, steam once hung in position.Please check your proofs!
Please ensure all details supplied to us read as you wish them to be printed. Please check, re-check and check your proofs again as we cannot be responsible for any errors beyond the point where you sign off on designs

Yes, we love our international customers! Shipping can be a little more complex to calculate though so please do get in touch, prior to ordering so we can provide you with a postal quote first.
